The major part of the organisation and implementation of WP8 is in the responsibility of participant No.5 with the collaboration of other participants for the hosting of specific events etc. The assistant to the PM responsible for dissemination & exploitation will be a representative of part. No.5. A detailed analysis of the dissemination & exploitation plan is provided in section C8. The respective work is outlined in the following tasks:
Task 9.1 - STATLAS User Group. Identification & targeting of potential users. Establishment of communication channels (mailing list, questionnaires).
Task 9.2 - Dissemination activities. Seminars, workshops, conferences and information days for disseminating the project's achievements. Preparation of a detailed plan for dissemination activities on an annual basis. Publication of achievements in scientific journals. Set-up and update of the project Web-site. The STATLAS Web-site will include any information relating to STATLAS characteristics, working demos, contacts with the consortium and any information useful for the dissemination of the project. At the beginning of the project a presentation leaflet will be published for distribution to to prospect users, during seminars, conferences and other project related activities.
Task 9.3 - Technological Implementation Plan. Preparation of a detailed Technological Implementation Plan, showing the exploitation potential of STATLAS. It will be delivered in three versions (draft, mid-term, final), with the last one embodying a detailed market analysis and strategy orientation
Task 9.4 - Final report. The final report will be a special publication which beyond the technical description of STATLAS, will include descriptions of the main scientific advances achieved during the implementation of the system. The final report may also contain papers presented in conferences as well as any technical information specific to the design and implementation of the system.
